I’m a research assistant at a D.C. think tank, working for a department that focuses on global development and international economics. Originally from Copenhagen, I moved to the States for undergrad and have since been fortunate to earn a green card. I hold a B.S. in Economics and a minor in French from George Mason University. In September of 2013, I will start M.A. studies in international relations (concentrating in international development and international economics) at Johns Hopkins.
My interest is economic development, particularly of the African continent, and questions relating to aid effectiveness, governance and conflict. As such, I claim no expertise & will use this blog as a platform to explore my interests and learn as I go along.

I just stumbled upon this blog and really enjoy the content. Great job! Please keep up the interesting posts!
Why do you not have John Maynard Keynes listed under your favorite economists?
